  1. The bank’s official response pretty much denies everything – which maybe is a good legal tactic. But, the suit’s complaint is quite specific, and the bank is losing in the court of public opinion, shareholder opinion, in P.R., and perhaps even in the Peoria Federal Court – while they just keep stonewalling. The coverup is always worse than the crime.

Yes, the bank needs to defend itself (and the shareholders’ interests) where a valid defense exists. But, when the lawyers are actually defending the bank’s officers and directors, then that is nonsense. Let the accusede officers and directors pay for their own lawyers.

  2. All these allegations and the defendant denies them all?? Which of course I’m not surprised by any means but come on CFNB/PNBC get REAL. I know as well as you know what the REAL TRUTH is regarding my own harassment I had proof of. The past is the past you cant change that but what the Sr. management and board can certainly do going forward is do the RIGHT thing even if it involves exposing the company. In the end you’ll be glad you did come judgement day you know the saying “the truth will set you free” that has a whole lot more value than corporate/personal greed.
